J’Nan Ensz, Certified Public Accountant graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from Bethel College in 1987 with double majors in Accounting and Business Administration.

Upon graduation, she worked for a mid-size CPA firm in St. Louis, MO but, after passing the CPA exam, decided to leave the rigors of public accounting to work for small-to-medium corporations as controller or senior accountant, gaining valuable experience in management.

In 2003, she fulfilled a life-long dream and opened Accounting & Business Consulting Group, LLC d/b/a J’Nan L. Ensz, Certified Public Accountant with her father, John Hiebert, an Enrolled Agent, who is now retired.

J’Nan specializes in helping individuals fulfill their life-long dreams by providing expert advice for small, closely-held businesses whether they operate as sole-proprietorships, partnerships or S-Corporations.  Her desire has always been to provide the expertise a small business owner needs in the area of accounting and tax without the high price tag of having to hire their own controller, accounting manager or bookkeeper. 

Having developed a niche market performing on-site accounting and tax services, she is the CPA that comes to you.  She services clients from throughout southeastern Nebraska, from Fairbury to Wymore to Beatrice to Lincoln and everywhere in between.  Her business literally can be wherever her clients are!

She is an active member of Jansen Bible Church and she teaches Women’s Sunday School classes, community Bible studies and participates in the church’s Awana program as a Sparks leader.

She and her husband, John, have 5 children and live in rural Beatrice, Nebraska and is a member of the National Society of Accountants and the Nebraska Society of Independent Accountants.
